Digitally Enabled Climate Finance

Climate finance has increasingly taken center stage in debates about the future of climate action. For low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to reduce emissions, significant financial support is needed to transition to low-carbon economies and adapt to the impacts of climate change. Until now, there has been limited evidence on the role that mobile and digital technology can play in climate finance delivery.

Following the launch of its flagship Digitally Enabled Climate Finance report, the GSMA ClimateTech programme hosted an interactive webinar last June 2023 delving into this topic.
